Large Furniture Delivery & Setup

Overview


Not every move involves a full relocation. Sometimes you just need a large piece of furniture safely transported from one apartment to another, or even to a family member outside the community. Our team specializes in handling bulky or awkward pieces that require professional care, precision movement, and proper protection for walls, flooring, and elevators.We’re equipped for moves both within senior living communities and between local homes, storage units, or facilities — ensuring every item arrives safely, securely, and exactly where it needs to be.

What’s Included

  • Safe handling of oversized and heavy furniture

  • Full protective padding, shrink wrap alternatives, and floor protection

  • Disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, recliners, and modular pieces

  • Light furniture installation or placement upon delivery

  • Elevator, hallway, and wall protection at both pickup and drop-off

  • Optional delivery to family, friends, or offsite locations

  • Removal or disposal of replaced furniture (upon request)

  • Beds, headboards, and adjustable frames

  • Dressers, nightstands, armoires, and cabinets

  • Sofas, recliners, sectionals, and loveseats

  • Dining tables and chairs

  • Bookshelves and entertainment consoles

  • Desks, filing cabinets, and credenzas

  • Electric pianos and digital keyboards on stands

  • Safes under 300 lbs

  • Patio furniture, accent chairs, and small appliances

Items We Cannot Move

To ensure safety and liability compliance, we do not move:

 

  • Grand or upright acoustic pianos (non-electric)

  • Safes over 300 lbs

  • Hot tubs, pool tables, or commercial gym equipment

  • Large stone or marble tables exceeding two-person lift capacity

  • Any items requiring hoisting through windows or balconies
