Golden Relocation began as a family-run moving company with one goal: to make life’s hardest transitions simple, personal, and handled with care.
After helping Russell’s mother transition into assisted living following her Alzheimer’s diagnosis, we saw how overwhelming the process can be for families. That experience inspired us to specialize in senior relocations where empathy, patience, and thoughtful detail make all the difference.

Founder & Senior Move Specialist
Russell brings over two decades of relocation experience and the heart of a true caregiver. His inspiration came from helping his mother — who lived with Alzheimer’s — move into memory care. Through that deeply personal journey, he saw how powerful it is to combine compassion with professionalism.
Today, Russell leads with patience and empathy, ensuring every family feels supported through each stage of their loved one’s transition.

Operations & Systems Director
Sean represents the next generation of Golden Relocation, bringing a modern approach to efficiency and logistics. With a background in systems and operations management, he’s dedicated to creating smarter, faster, and more organized move processes.
From digital planning systems to real-time move coordination, Sean’s focus is on making every relocation seamless — minimizing downtime, maximizing care, and ensuring each client’s experience feels effortless.
Karin
Design & Setup Director
Karin oversees all apartment setups and interior layouts, using her keen eye for design to make each new space both functional and beautiful. She focuses on safety-first floor planning, ensuring furniture placement, lighting, and décor reduce fall risks and enhance comfort for seniors.
Her thoughtful touch turns empty apartments into warm, inviting homes within hours — complete with re-hung artwork, balanced furniture flow, and familiar details that help every resident feel instantly settled.
